"One of my earliest memories of visiting my grandmother Aisoon’s house was opening her refrigerator, and that distinct sound of glasses clinking in the side door. But it was not bottles of ketchup & mayo, it was repurposed condiment jars filled with homemade pickles and THIS sauce. I remember the aroma of garlic, scallions, toasted sesame seeds, and how she would shake it up everytime, before she used it. I love this sauce with boiled eggs, or tossed with noodles, honestly, anything your heart desires will make some great food memories."
